After you make your purchase, please email me with your name and Order # as the subject line; let me know the colors you are seeking to have on your custom beaded top and any other specifics you are seeking to see are also encouraged! IF this is for an event or celebration, please be sure to include the date this is needed by in the email. If I cannot have the top completed by the date desired, I will issue a FULL REFUND :)

Please also include the organization name where you would like me to donate 5% of your purchase...If you do not let me know by the time I am ready to ship, then I will choose for you!
