How does pricing for custom orders work?

Pricing varies for custom orders based on many factors;

  • the amount of beads required due to the type of design you are seeking and your cup size (unfortunately just like real bras, the larger the cup size the more expensive).
  • How fast an order is needed; I work in order that I receive each custom so if you are my 4th order and need it sooner than the orders in front you there would be a priority fee tacked on.
  • Bead/Crystal/Gemstone types desired; Crystals and Gemstones are very pricey. If you want larger stones on your top the price will go up.

I really don't charge much for labor per top because for me this is a fun side quest. I am really just charging for the cost of materials on each top.

Do you accept returns for custom-made orders?

No, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and no refunds are offered (unless it is because I cannot finish a project due to something on my end).

  • If it is a small repair needed on your top, you would need to message me directly for a solution with your order number.
  • If the item received is defective or the wrong size, you need to message me within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery so that I can resolve the issue.

*Please note that if you are requesting a fix, the buyer is obligated to pay the return shipping.

*Wrong size does NOT apply to ready-to-ship beaded tops, this is only for custom orders.

Do you offer exchanges?

NO EXCHANGES

The only exception to this is for products on my site where there are multiple variations of; i.e. waist beads or body chains that are offered in different sizes or colors.

Absolutely NO exchanges on custom pieces or passion projects(ready-to-ship beaded tops) that are for sale.

Where do you ship from and do you offer international shipping?

I am shipping from Florida in the United States.

Yes, I do offer international shipping. The cost for customs and any applicable tax tariffs will be applied at checkout.

Do you offer tutorials?

No, not at the moment. I am still crafting my own technique and don't feel comfortable teaching others yet. I may start posting videos later this year on how to get started because I don't understand the principles of gatekeeping information.
